BizzIA terms of use

Last update: 24 October 2026

1. Identification

The BizzIA service is provided by LOGIDRIVE S.A. , avenue du Japon 1, 1420 Braine-l’Alleud, CBE BE 0464.502.514 .

2. Scope

Only these terms apply; the customer’s general terms and conditions are excluded unless Logidrive expressly agrees otherwise in writing.

3. Purpose of service

BizzIA is a subscription to an AI assistant that connects to the client's software (accounting, ERP, CRM, messaging, documents, etc.) to answer questions, write content and prepare actions that the user validates.

4. Subscription and price

The price is set per license and per month, excluding VAT, including AI. Prices are indicated on the page Prices . Payments for plans with and without an annual commitment are collected monthly. The annual commitment covers 12 months after the free month.

The first online subscription benefits from 1 calendar month of free subscription. The payment method is recorded on Stripe, then the subscription is automatically charged on the date indicated on Stripe, and each month thereafter. A free period started is not renewed upon a new subscription attempt. Any request for termination must be sent to LOGIDRIVE, subject to the chosen commitment.

The starter pack is optional. If selected when subscribing, its price of 290 € excluding VAT is payable once through Stripe at that time; it is not included in the free subscription month and is not charged per license. The All Employees plan requires a license for every paid employee.

5. Billing and payment

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, invoices are payable immediately. Any amount unpaid on the due date automatically accrues interest, without formal notice, at a rate of 1% per month.

If the invoice remains unpaid one month after the due date, fixed compensation of 15% (minimum 62 €) is due. Failure to pay makes all other invoices immediately due and authorizes Logidrive to suspend the service.

6. Customer Obligations

The customer guarantees that he has access rights to the software he connects and remains responsible for validating the content and actions proposed by the assistant before their execution.

7. Liability

AI responses are provided as an aid and must be verified by the user. Logidrive’s liability is limited to direct damage; indirect damage (loss of data, loss of profits, commercial harm, etc.) is excluded.

8. Force majeure

Any insurmountable obstacle suspends the obligations for its duration, without compensation.

9. Personal data

The processing of personal data is described in the Privacy policy .

10. Complaints

Any complaint concerning an invoice must be submitted in writing within 8 days of its dispatch.

11. Applicable law and jurisdiction

Belgian law applies; the courts of the district of Nivelles have sole jurisdiction.
