This policy applies to personal data collected through the BizzIA website and when using the BizzIA service, in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR).

a) Data that you transmit to us: data provided through trial and contact forms, emails and calls is used to respond to your requests and manage the customer relationship. Legal bases: consent, pre-contractual measures or performance of the contract. Commercial research and communications are based on legitimate interest, with the right to object.

b) Browsing data: data may be collected by cookies, according to the methods described in the “Cookies” section.

c) Data processed by the BizzIA assistant: data from your connected software (accounting, ERP, CRM, emails, documents, etc.) is read only to answer your questions, within each user’s access rights. Legal basis: performance of the contract.

Your questions and data are never used to train AI models. Actions (sending emails, making changes) are carried out only after your approval.

Data is hosted and processed in the European Union. Technical processors are contractually bound and required to provide sufficient guarantees.

The data is kept for the period necessary for the normal management of customer relations and legal obligations.

Your data is not disclosed to third parties except where legally required or as part of normal business operations (Logidrive Group companies, technical processors). Your data is never sold; it is not transferred to partners for marketing purposes without your express consent.

You have the rights of access, rectification, erasure, data portability, objection and restriction of processing. Erasure is carried out within one month of your request, unless a legal obligation requires otherwise.

You may object to the processing of your data free of charge and without giving a reason, particularly for direct marketing. Every commercial message includes an unsubscribe link.

Technical and organizational measures protect your data against destruction, loss, alteration or unauthorized access. Access is limited to those who need it.

Only necessary cookies are always active. Audience measurement is deactivated by default and requires your explicit consent; no audience measurement tool is currently installed. Continuing to browse does not constitute acceptance. You can accept, refuse or personalize your choice in the banner, then modify it at any time via the “Cookies” link at the bottom of the page. Your choice is memorized for six months; After this period, your agreement will be requested again.

Belgian law applies. In the absence of an amicable agreement within a period of one month , the French-speaking courts and tribunals of the judicial district of Nivelles have exclusive jurisdiction.
