Yes. There is no extra ChatGPT, Claude or Gemini subscription to pay for.
Which AI model do you use? +
BizzIA uses multiple AI models and automatically selects the most suitable one for each question. No additional AI model subscription is required.
Does the price exclude VAT? +
Yes, all our prices are exclusive of VAT.
Which plan should I choose? +
The “all employees” plan offers the best value if your entire team uses BizzIA; it requires a license for every paid employee. The flexible plan lets you choose only the number of users you need.
What is the difference between monthly and annual? +
Payments for both plans are collected monthly. With a 12-month commitment after the free month, the rate is reduced: 37 € instead of 45 €, or 57 € instead of 69 € excluding VAT per license per month.
Is there a free trial? +
Yes. Your first subscription month is free when subscribing online. You register your payment method with Stripe; the first subscription payment is taken at the end of the free month, then monthly. The starter package is optional: if selected, its 290 € excluding VAT is payable once when subscribing and is not included in the free month.
Is the starter pack mandatory? +
No. You can add the starter package (290 € excluding VAT, one-off payment) when subscribing. It includes BizzIA setup, connecting your software, guidance and 2 hours of training, on site or remotely.
